Domestic Shipping Policy – Free standard domestic shipping only.
Shipment processing time – Due to current COVID lockdown restrictions in Melbourne, shipments may be delayed by up to two weeks. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. We assure you that we are working hard behind the scenes from home to process your order and have it prepared for shipping once lockdown ends, where upon you will receive a tracking number for your order. If there is significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email/phone.
International Shipping Policy – For larger, framed items or international orders, please contact us on 0431204810 or [email protected] for a quote on express or international shipping.
If you’re looking for a refund of your order, for whatever reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may return your item to us for an exchange of similar value or a refund. Refunds payments are returned to the original account used to the make the purchase.
Please note the following returns and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have all original documentation, paperwork, tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must be in their original condition with no visible signs of wear, use or damage
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date
- To return or exchange an item, please email us at [email protected]arts.org.au with your order number, product description and reason for return/exchange.
- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges back to Baluk Arts to be paid for by the customer.
